**INFORMATION FOR NEW PATIENTS**
Upon scheduling your initial appointment, you will receive an email several days in advance containing instructions to access the InVision Patient Portal. Through this portal, you can securely enter your medical history, current medications, and other relevant information prior to your visit.
Additionally, several forms are available under My Health → My Forms (located at the bottom of the left-hand column). Completing these forms in advance will assist in reducing your wait time during the office visit. We look forward to meeting you and providing the expert care that you deserve.
